This project was an extensive renovation and extension of a small 1980’s built home. The existing 3 bedroom, 1 bath house was too small for the growing family and the exterior yard didn’t have direct access from within the house.

We created a beautiful new aesthetic and street facade with new roofing, rendered walls and new cladding. We re-design the homes interior layout to incorporate 4 generous sized bedrooms, a secondary living space, home office and a new ensuite and alfresco pool area off the master bedroom with extensive landscaping.
