boathouse apartment

This apartment was purchased off the plan and our project brief was to collaborate with the builder to create some alterations and upgrades and take this beachside apartment from basic to holiday mode!

We altered the layout slightly to enable two master suite wings off the central living area, perfect for a family or two groups travelling together. We selected all finishes and fixtures in a neutral coastal colour palette. We procured all furniture, artworks, linens and styling……every single detail down to the flowers and hand soap! This project was a fantastic opportunity to delve into the create space and the outcome was a perfect holiday home that gave you that happy feeling of holiday from the moment you stepped in the door.
