Nestled amongst 7 acres of private olive grove on the pristine WA coastline, this project incorporates an expansive family home and secluded self-contained guesthouse. Stretching 52m long, the main residence breathes in the Esperance archipelago views from every room of the home. A modern farmhouse style, with hints of brass accents to the wet areas and doors. The design we created was strategic, given the difficult orientation constraints. The result was expansive south facing views, north facing solar heat gain and large louvre windows to allow cross ventilation with the strong WA breeze. A beautiful home to enjoy.
